The Coordination Package
Commonly known as "DAY OF COORDINATION"
Our coordination package starts about 6-8 weeks before wedding day. We assist in tying up loose ends with vendors and ensure all the "T's are crossed and i's are dotted". We help create a wedding day timeline and input all vendor roles as well. On wedding day our team will decorate ceremony and reception site(s) as well as be there till after ceremony.
We've started offering our coordination package only till ceremony for the for seeable future. We can assist in transitioning to reception if required. We believe with the right timeline, your emcee(s) can navigate the reception/dinner, saving you money!
